Dorher focuses on custom synthesis, process development and commercial manufacturing (CDMO) of challenging pharmaceutical intermediates and building blocks. Services include route screening, development and optimization; process development and production of generic API intermediates and key fragments of clinical-stage (Phase I–III) drugs; demanding process conditions such as continuous flow and ultra-low temperature; and CDMO delivery from gram to ton scale.

The product center covers seven series: unnatural amino acids and their derivatives, chiral amines & amino alcohols, heteroatom-containing spiro/bridged rings, piperazine & morpholine derivatives, cyclopropyl derivatives, complex polysubstituted aromatics, and key starting materials (KSM) — all searchable by CAS number and customizable from gram to ton scale.

Dorher specializes in chiral synthesis (unnatural amino acids, amino alcohols, chiral piperazines/morpholines), flow chemistry, ultra-low temperature processes (-78°C and below), high-vacuum distillation and process scale-up, with proven strength in challenging intermediates such as heteroatom-containing spiro/bridged rings and complex polysubstituted aromatics. The team has independently developed multiple unique technologies that solve difficult synthesis problems.

The Wenjiang R&D center covers nearly 5,000 m² (70 fume hoods, gram to hundreds-of-kg R&D capability, QC lab with 20+ HPLC and 6 GC); the Deyang pilot base covers 1,500 m² (6 flow chemistry units, 20 × 100L high/low-temperature reactors, 4 ultra-low temperature reactors); the Qujing production base in Yunnan is equipped with 21 reactors of 1,000–5,000 L, supporting commercial production from tens of kilograms to ton scale.
