Dorher's R&D and pilot base spans nearly 5,000 m², equipped with 70 fume hoods, autoclaves and ultra-low temperature reactors to support a wide range of process conditions.
The QC lab is equipped with 20+ HPLCs, 6 GCs, 1 ELSD, an automatic moisture analyzer, polarimeters and more.
The Deyang pilot R&D center covers 1,500 m², equipped with 6 flow chemistry units, 20 × 100L high/low temperature reactors, 4 ultra-low temperature reactors, one 50L 316L stainless steel high-temp reactor and one 30L high-vacuum stainless steel distillation still.
