Company Overview
Chengdu Dorher Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (“Dorher”) was founded in March 2017 in Wenjiang District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, by Mr. Wei Genghui, formerly a senior executive at a well-known domestic CRO. The company now has more than 130 employees, including over 90 in R&D and over 30 in production.
R&D and Pilot Capability
Dorher’s R&D center covers nearly 5,000 m², equipped with 70 fume hoods, autoclaves, 6 continuous-flow units, 20 × 100 L high/low temperature reactors, 4 ultra-low temperature reactors, 1 × 50 L high-temperature 316L stainless steel reactor, 1 × 30 L high-vacuum stainless steel distillation still, and various conventional reaction devices, enabling a wide range of process conditions and chemical R&D from grams to hundreds of kilograms.
The QC lab is equipped with 20+ HPLCs, 6 GCs, 1 ELSD, an automatic moisture analyzer, polarimeters and other instruments, supporting quality analysis and release throughout R&D and pilot scale-up.
Commercial Production Base
The commercial production base in Qujing, Yunnan, is equipped with 21 × 1,000–5,000 L reactors (including 1 × 1,000 L ultra-low temperature reactor and 1 × 2,000 L high-temperature stainless steel reactor), with complete separation and drying equipment, meeting production needs from tens of kilograms to ton scale. The company’s strategic partners, Jincheng Pharmaceutical Group and Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Qionglai Branch), have rich production resources and ISO/GMP-standard workshops.

Through eight years of steady growth, Dorher has established solid partnerships with many well-known domestic and international pharmaceutical companies and CRO/CDMO organizations, and has won high praise from many customers with its outstanding innovation capabilities and timely, efficient service. To date, Dorher has successfully completed process development of multiple generic API core fragments and put them into production, and has also completed process development and production of key fragments for several drugs in Phase I to Phase III clinical trials.
