R&D & Pilot Base
Dorher operates an integrated R&D & pilot platform: a nearly 5,000 m² R&D center (Wenjiang) plus a 1,500 m² pilot center (Deyang), covering everything from route scouting to pilot scale-up. The R&D center is equipped with 70 fume hoods, autoclaves and ultra-low temperature reactors, enabling cryogenic, high-temperature and high-pressure conditions; the QC lab is equipped with 20+ HPLC, 6 GC, 1 ELSD, automatic KF titrators and polarimeters. The Deyang pilot center is equipped with 6 flow chemistry units, 20 × 100L high/low temperature reactors, 4 ultra-low temp reactors, 1 × 50L 316L stainless high-temp reactor and 1 × 30L high-vacuum distillation still.

Qujing (Yunnan) Production Base
Commercial production base with 21 reactors of 1,000-5,000 L (incl. 1,000 L ultra-low temp and 2,000 L high-temp stainless steel), supporting tens of kilograms to metric ton scale.
